A few Germans who knew Adolf Hitler discuss his methods, affects on humanity and his personality. One describes Hitler as a meteor because he suddenly struck, and then was suddenly gone, taking with him the entire German nation in his doom. A different German involved in Hitler’s army talks about a time when he had a face-to-face conversation with the dictator. He said that Hitler was not looking forward to fighting the English because of the fact that the English citizens reminded him so much of the perfect “Aryan master race” he was hoping to fill the world with.
