Director Antoine Fuqua on Cuba Gooding, Jr.: ‘He Was So Outrageous & So Excited’

Director Antoine Fuqua remembers Cuba Gooding Jr. winning Best Supporting Actor for "Jerry Macguire" at the 69th Academy Awards on March 24, 1996 as his favorite Oscar moment. Fuqua also comments on the numerous elegant speeches and crazy antics at every award ceremony. The first Academy Awards were held in 1929 at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel and the award ceremony has been held every year since at various locations around Los Angeles.
