What was it like to do an open call audition for a classic role in Stanley Kubrick’s class The Shining…and you’re only 4 years old? Dan Lloyd, who played the iconic role of Danny in Kubrick’s adaptation of the Stephen King story, describes auditioning and then getting the role. It was his fifth birthday when he learned he got the role and his family moved to England for the shoot.
