British singer-songwriter Rita Ora is thrilled that the August 25, 2013 MTV Video Music Awards are being held in Brooklyn, just 10 minutes from her apartment. The entertainer from London reveals who she thinks is the sexiest man alive and shares who designed her dress and jewelry, posing to show off some amazing diamonds. The 2013 MTV Video Music Awards marked the 30th ceremony since the award was created in 1984 and it was the first time the event was held in New York, but not in Manhattan.
