Malcolm X and ‘Going Back Home’

In this firsthand account, a panel of interviewers asks Malcolm X about various questions involving his group, his religion, and his outlook on various aspects of life as an African American during that time period. One of the leaders in the human rights group, The Nation of Islam, Malcolm X was assassinated in February of 1965 after recanting his faith in the group itself. Malcolm X believed that the Muslim religion was the best thing for society along with the idea of separating blacks and whites.
