Justice Antonin Scalia talks to CNN's Piers Morgan about why he was opposed to the Roe v. Wade court decision regarding abortion. His first person account describes what his court has created in terms of "Due Process" and why Roe v. Wade was a lie. He takes neither side of legal vs. illegal, however, does not believe the theory behind the court decision made sense. Roe v. Wade, (1973), was a decision passed by the United States Supreme Court regarding abortion. The Court ruled 7–2 that a right to privacy under the due process clause of the 14th Amendment extended to a woman's decision to have an abortion. Women could choose abortion in earlier months of pregnancy without legal restriction, and with restrictions in later months, based on that right to privacy.
