Actress Mary Badham played the beloved role of Scout in the 1962 film, “To Kill a Mockingbird.” Badham talks about how she got the role and what growing up in racially tense Alabama was like during the 60s. She also describes her shock in finding out that some parts of the preserved film set at the Universal Studios backlot in California had been burned by a disgruntled employee.
