American girl group Fifth Harmony, which formed during the second season of "X Factor" in the U.S., chat on the red carpet going into the 2013 MTV VMAs on August 25th. The event was first held in 1984 in New York City and 2013 was the first time the event was held in Brooklyn, NY.
