Diego Maradona Interviewed on His ‘Hand of God’ Goal

Retired soccer legend Diego Maradona talks about the controversial goal he scored during the 1986 Fifa World Cup quarter-final against England which was held in Mexico City on June 22, 1986. Maradona explains how he fooled the referees into thinking he had scored the goal with his head, when in actuality, he scored the goal with his hand. The goal became known as the “Hand of God” goal and is still one of the most controversial events in World Cup history.
