Two Tucson Shooting survivors, Bill Badger and Eric Fuller, remember the tragedy that claimed the lives of six people and tell the story of how they survived. These first person accounts remember how they were able to barely escape the bloody scene with bruises and gun shot wounds. On January 8, 2011, U.S. Representative Gabrielle Giffords and eighteen others were shot during a constituent meeting held in a supermarket parking lot in Casas Adobes, Arizona, in the Tucson metropolitan area. United States Representative from Arizona, Gabrielle Giffords, was holding a constituent meeting called "Congress on Your Corner" that day.
