Matthew McConaughey on working on the film Interstellar and Chris Nolan’s process. The actor describes what attracted him to the film and how shooting it was, in many ways, like making an independent film. “There’s no green screen,” he told the surprised interviewer. He also discusses how as part of Nolan’s process he is not a perfectionist. In fact, he likes the imperfections and feels it makes the film better. The film, released by Warner Brothers, also stars Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain and Michael Caine.
