Following the Exxon Valdez oil spill, Bob Linville talks about the pressure on his team by contractors to bring-in large numbers of live oiled birds. The numbers were unrealistically high but other wildlife searchers would report finding hundreds, and Linville explains how other teams would take live birds and oil them in order to reach their quota. The oil spill took place in Prince William Sound, Alaska, on March 24, 1989.
