Roy Robertson describes orders he received from Exxon to ignore oil on the beaches he was cleaning and explains how his job was threatened if he didn't comply. On March 24, 1989 the Exxon Valdez oil tanker struck Prince William Sound's Bligh Reef and spilled 260,000 to 750,000 barrels of crude oil over the course of several days.
