Jim Harbaugh became the head coach of the San Francisco 49ers in 2011. Prior to taking the coaching job with the 49ers, Harbaugh was the head coach of the Stanford University Cardinals from 2007 to 2010. Harbaugh led the 49ers to win in the playoffs in each of his first three seasons as head coach. In his second season, Harbaugh and his 49ers lost in the Superbowl to his older brother John Harbaugh, head coach of the Baltimore Ravens. In this video, 49ers players speak about their new coach.
